First thought when seeing this thread was just a big room with lots of computers and grey walls. 
Though, each forum would probably have it's own floor, with a set number of rooms per floor, and of course, a bathroom on each floor for the needy. In general, each floor will atleast have a few rooms with furniture like a living room. Though, for the specialized floors (like Modern Art, Rom Hacking etc.) there will be tools/furniture that fit into those rooms. If you'd want to take a swim, or play a game of football, you'd go to the Sports Center.  Of course, there'd be rooms for discussing the actual sports as well.
Craziness domain would definately hold a bar.. and lots of other crazy things. I could picture Anya and Elmo's and Officer's club also having bars in them, but you wouldn't see anyone drunk in there, as very strict control would be held.
Movies/Entertainment floor would feature a cinema room for watching movies. And there'd be some rooms to chill or go crazy while listening to some music. |

What about the lovely Brain Teaser forum? I could picture that having tons of math problems and equations and scarmbles and puzzles on the wall. To keep the stupid people to a minimum, a bouncer would ask them what jhifgjhghiufdhiufdui means. And of course, only the smart ones will be able to answer it. So there.

| Speaking of forums, I forgot to mention the Super Mario Series forum. I can picture the wallpaper having the NES version of SMB overworld on it. There would be a lot of Mario merchandise all over the room. Plus the would be a bookcase with every Mario game known to man and there would be about 100 copies of each game so that everyone can play there favorite Mario game instead of waiting for someone else to finish the game that everyone wants to play.

| It would be a small blackish place with colorful lights. The separate forums would look like stores with their titles in neon lights. The staff room would have a large hexagonal teleporter of some sort in the middle of the town. Anyone who's not part of staff gets thrown out when they try to step onto it.
The streets would be littered with banned morons hitting their heads on wooden boards. Some banned people would be chained up to the walls yelling at people. The software help place would look almost like a best buy except 10 times smaller. The officer's club would look like a bar. Anya and Elmo's corner would have pink walls, pillows and stuffed animals all over the floor. The modern art forum would have some of the really good pieces up on canvas, hung for everyone to see. The writer's forum would branch from modern art. The mario/video game forums (lies north) would be connected into one huge facility across the street from the serious forums, looks like an arcade. The pit of dispair (lies east) is the furthest away from the forums. It's a deep hole with grey, dead threads in it. A bunch of little spam gremlins jumping up and down and eating junk. Then there's the logout/login door on the opposite side of the pit of dispair. It's white and flashy. People come in and out of that door. |

| I actually started using Kafuka layout a while back when someone, prolly Alastor, said something in one of his posts... It was a topic of layouts used, and he was like, "KAFUUUUUUUUKAAAAAA!" So I switched from AcmlmBoard 1.9 to Kafuka.
So I would picture everything red. Lots of red, and when people are IP banned, they are locked in a stall in the never ending bathroom! |
