Insert for many reasons, I would create food out of thin air so I can end world hunger and keep most of it for myself.

I could also use this power to replace something. Say my DS split into two seperate screens, I'd use Insert to replace it, heck I'll even make it a red DS.

Insert. It beats deleting people into a lonely planet.

I would clone myself to see if I could win a fight against him. I would also make rhino tanks fall from the sky and crush people like on GTA.

Clone miniguns, clone myself over 1,000,000,000 times, destroy the world. Enslave my clones, turn them into evil cops to keep my cities under control, create an empire under my rule, have everyone on my hate list would be mutilated and killed slowly before my eyes (hey it beats reality television!).

There would be so much I would do... it would be beautiful.

In light of that, I'd create several enormous buildings that everyone could live in. A massive transit system; 20 lane highways with subway stations right below the roads. Each district of the city will have a culture of some sort (New Russia, Tokyo Town, New Germany, etc...). Another city would be underground, where the lower class would live.
