But since you would lose your memories when you do go back, you'll be unaware of the car accident and then it will happen again and again in a never ending cycle if you keep on rewinding after the car accident.

I said in the first post that you can move things during pause time. And going by your logic, slow would create massive air resistance from having everything except you moving so fast, causing your paper to burst into flames.

Wow. You could really scare a lot of people with pause. Just walk straight into a wall, pause, and grab a bunch of leaves and stuff and put it where you were (they float in the air) and go hide. Unpause and BAM. You just exploded into a bunch of leaves.
