YAY I worked out how to use the espresso machine at home!! And I can froth milk and it goes properly *frothy*, so I can make myself a cappuccino  Or a latte!!
Yes, I am aware that an espresso machine is NOT difficult to use, neither is it difficult to froth milk. But I had trouble with it, and all I could make was a "flat white", or wait till my housemate made me a coffee. I can make my OWN coffee!! YAY!!! I was wondering, what "simple" tasks have you had trouble with? Isn't it great when you finally work the stupid thing out? |

And yay, I'm still stoked that I've sussed out the damn espresso machine. I used to help at a cafe and use a real espresso machine, but for some reason the little one at home was completely unfathomable till I had the button configuration and timing explained to me. |

Before you work them out, they're completely and utterly confusing and impenetrable. Once you work them out, you wonder what the big deal was. Just that little bit of understanding and it all makes perfect sense.  |
