Today was just not my day. Some people may know what I mean. Those days you wake up and your tired as hell and don't wanna do anything and then you have to and you think it's so much even though it isn't really much. That plus days of built up stress. I finally decided to take it out a little today on my pillow after getting pissed when I couldn't play a note while practicing trumpet. I'm just getting so stressed and sooooooo tired. I cursed and beat up my pillow because it's soft and fluffy and has no feelings but that didn't help. So I decided to come here to see if you have anything to say about stress buildup. For the next part, the spoiler, it's just pure explicits, so beware. I need to get this out of my system.

Spoiler:

Now that I'm done with that, what do you think I could do? Just get some more sleep or something? I need some good ideas to soothe my stress and anger before I hurt some one.

I've felt like that before. You just have to lay down until you feel like you DON'T want to hurt someone, but it usually takes a while. Just lie down with everything quiet.

Ya know, it could just be the computer. Computers are known to corrupt attitudes and make you feel tired all the time.

Go to sleep earlier, don't practice as much, and most imortantly, just relax.

I don't practice that much but yeah. That could be it. Plus I get so little sleep at night... 6 hours which definetely isn't enough. I'll go to bed earlier tonight if possible. But it's already kinda late. Thanks for the tips though. I think I'm gonna go take a nice soothing relaxing bath now.

Eh, been there done that... stress thing. (2-3 weeks ago)

Believe me, if you find something grand in the future to look forward to, then youll be able to get through it all.

Getting more sleep helps as well... just... dont hurt anything...

...thats bad...

...unless its like... a punching bag or something

Either way, just find some way to channel your current stressful energy some other way... writing or drawing, videogames, something you know you can do good at to get your mind off of everything right now.

Well, I'm starting to feel a little better now that my grades are going up but I'm still getting angry at some of the smallest things. I've been relaxing and sleeping more, but not much help. I'm just kinda worn out. Well, tomorrow is my last day of school for the week so I should be better when I get on on Friday, but I'm not to sure. I have been a little happier now even though at some points during the day I'll be getting angry. I don't know, but by Friday I hope I get better. Thanks for the comments and relief. And as for the going outside to get some air, I tried, doesn't help too much. I did go over my friends so I'm feeling slightly better. I think it's just the way my mornings start off everyday, my brother knocking on my wall until I'm up and walking around. That pisses me off so much and just starts my day off bad. I'll tell him to stop to see if that helps.

I've never really had stress when waking up in the morning. However, most of the time, I get it during the afternoon -- after school, or such; then feel like I need to stop and get away -- away from dealing with situations, and having to deal with school... I can't really figure out how to deal with it, really. =/ It just... happens...

Well, that's kinda how it is. I feel fine all during the day but then it all kicks in later. I'm gonna take a break from the computer to see if that helps. I'll probably see ya'll again on Friday or Saturday. Stress really stinks. Maybe a massage. Always helps my mom. Well, I'll talk to ya'll the next time I get on to tell ya how I'm feeling.
