I have no one to play chess with in my world.
I had a Chessmaster game some time ago, but I broke it.
After some non chess insanity, I would like to challenge the people of Acmlm's Board.
The only person I play with at home or anywhere is my brother, but he KICKS SO MUCH ASS!!! He too will be excepting challenges.
You can learn to play chess here.
The way we'll play is with Algebraic Notation. To learn that, go here.
If you want to challenge me, my brother, or anyone on the board, just post it here.
PM the moves to who you are challenging and be merry.
If this gets popular enough, maybe we could hold a tournament.
One more thing, it would obviously be helpful if you have a board to keep the moves on. I have two.
So, any takers.

YAY! 200 POSTS!

Well, I suck at chess, but I guess I could give it a shot.

...Why wouldn't you just play chess online instead of keeping the moves on a board? A hell of a lot simpler and doesn't require any back-and-forth move stuff.

Well to be honest, that totally skipped my mind. But I enjoy the back-and-forth style for it's originality. Plus, I want to see how the people of Acmlm play!
NSaintNick: I flipped a coin to see who goes first and you do.
PM your move or post it if you want to go public.
Who do you want to play? My brother, Logan or me? I would suggest myself because he totally pwns.

It's funny how a thread about chess is in the "sports" thread....

I'll play chess with people if they wish to challenge me... give me a message over AIM or on the board or something. I'm not awesome, but I'm ok at it Plus it's fun, and that's what is important. Yahoo is usually a good place to play it.

Try to not bump threads next time. I know this forum isn't very active, but just look at the date of the last post.

If you still want to play him, send him a PM. I'm sure you could arrange something.
