| I just need to vent about the suckiness of women in my town. Around here a good majority of the women are one of the following:
A. A druggie B. A slut C. A drunk D. Horrendously stupid E. All of the above I live in a fairly small town. It's not small nor is it that big. It's more in between you could say. I just don't get it, most girls I meet just suck and when I finally do meet a decent woman turns out she's horribly emo. WHAT THE HELL, it really frustrates me. What should I do? |

| The first thing you need to do was think of a better thread title than "Women here suck"
Second, is to get rid of the whole 'women suck in my town' thinking. Just because a few women are the way you described doesn't mean all of them are like that. I suggest, that instead of venting your frustration here, you should go outside and meet more women. You say you met a decent woman but turns out she is horribly emo. What the hell? You should get to know them before calling them 'emo' Maybe there is a good reason for acting that way. If there isn't, well, that isn't 'world ending shit' I think the problem is that you are looking for a specific type of women and get otherwise dissapointed that most of the female sex that you meet don't follow the criteria you seek. Meh... you've just gotta find the right one. Don't set up walls so high that no women can get over them. By saying that all women in your town suck, how are you going to actually find one that doesn't? Be optimistic. Sure, A,B,C, and D are pretty bad options. But I guarantee not every girl there is like that. Maybe they just act that way for attention, which is a horrible, failure of an idea. And if that's really the truth... go to college far far away.  |

| Well, what's the nearest large city in your state/country? Go online and type it into your search. Then search for events/places to go and the best times to travel there. You're bound to meet some nice new people at a social event. | |||

| Lol, For the most part it is true about how most of the women here are. I think a lot of it has to do with there aren't any outlets around here for teenagers or tweenagers. Everything closes right at 9 or 10pm except for Wal-Mart. So most people I know consider "fun" is getting high or drunk.
I live in Florida so the nearest "big" city would be Tampa. I just needed to vent about my town because there's nothing but posers and gangster wannabe's and just scene kids. |

| I definitely wouldn't go with A, B or C. D depends on how stupid the girl is... you have some girls who have silly moments and others who can't add 2 and 2 without a moment of thought.
You'll find the right girl sooner or later. I seriously doubt that everyone in your town is flawed in one of the ways you posted. |

I remember when I first got internet access, I saw "your ideal mate" topics on message boards. People would construct these large, rather elaborate lists of criteria their "ideal mate" needed to fit. At first, I was foolish and blind and participated in the charade, but in recent years I've come to see that love isn't a list of desirable qualities and traits, love is an indescribable air blowing wildly around someone, and to be in love is for the air of two people to flow in harmony. I would be willing to wager that if two people who are truly in love would have - before they ever met each other - looked at a collection of photos, and stumbled across the person they'd eventually fall for, they wouldn't give the image a second thought. That is to say, we're attracted to that air around each other, not to each other's habits or appearance or what have you. But I wonder...do some winds blow too wildly to harmonize...? |
