As the title tells: Chealsea won't work with me! when I enter the code I get the message: Chelsea is *really* cute, but I don't get the extra optiions in the directory File...
Can anyone help?

They're automatically unlocked in the latest LM. And they're in the Overworld Editor's File menu.

The latest version is 1.63. Is THAT the version you have?
