Put this Code into an unused sprite in MWR:
18300A1800A004890982

It should say:

-Can be jumped on
-Shell can't be kicked

ASM Pointer: 8904

Graphic byte 1: 0A
Graphic byte 2: 09
Graphic byte 3: 82

-Disable Animation
-Bottom only visible on current screen

Clipping field type: 30

Unknown bits:
2, 13

-Disappear in a puff of smoke

Use the sprite and you should see a dancing green koopa. Jump on it to see what happens! It's very... interesting...

Okay, I'll tell you...

1.) Mario jumps on the dancing shelless koopa, probably impregnating the poor bastard.
2.) The koopa humps the ground while a red winged koopa shoots straight up out of it's ass.
3.) Eventually the red winged koopa plummets
4.) You can kick the crap outta the ground-humping koopa until you kill it by smashing it into a wall or super stomping it.

I just wait for the red koopa to fall down, then I kick the humpy koopa upward and kill the red guy. It's so funny, I was dying.
