For some wierd reason, my left knee is really crampy. It's painful and there's absolutely no way to stop it from hurting.  What's wrong with it? I don't remember hurting it in any way... |

| From memory, leg cramps are often the result of a dietary deficiency. You're probably not getting enough of something, but I can't remember what nutrient is associated with preventing cramps. | |||

| See a doctor? Officer's Club (and Acmlm's Board in general) is generally not monitored by trained medical practitioners.
I recommend you find a forum on the internet with more information, or see a doctor or other trained professional. |

| I get knee cramps every once in a while after I've bent it for a while (ever since I played a part in a skit where I was pushed over and I landed on my knee) . They go away a minute or two after I get up but your cramps sound a bit more serious. Have you fallen on your knee lately? | |||

| you never know what might have happened did you do anything to put pressure on your knee lately cause that might be why its hurting....or even you pulled something...well hope it feels better! |
