Maybe I'm just cold and cruel (not!)... but it was never anything but an injured horse to me. It probably should've been shot right there at the track, but they kept it for his sperm and maybe all that publicity and attention they received. A multitude of people die unjustly each day, and yet the public cares so much about a single injured horse...  |

| ...boy, was this blown WAY out of proportion, huh?
I mean, it's sad that they had to put him down and everything... but it was a HORSE. Horses shouldn't be getting 5-minute stories on the news because they died. |
