| Someone got curbstomped at my school before, and someone from a nearby school got given a chelsea smile a couple of years ago (if anyone is curious, its where a credit card/knife is jammed into someones mouth, cutting into each side a bit, and then the victim is kicked in the bollocks, causing him to scream and ripping his cheeks in two).
Pretty fucking nasty. But thats chavs for you. |

| Noo.. Nothin like that hapens where im at either.. One of my friends was expeled after she went to the office to get her phone and the Principal jumped back when she walked buy him and she said "Its not like i have a gun" and he runs up to her, (Puting his arms on her shoulders and shaking her) and says not to ever say something like that ever again. She later tried to go back to the office and get a apollogy (SP?) from the Principal. He says he had ever right to do that because he saw her as a threat and expelled her... I (Personaly) wouldnt go near and agitate something you "Saw as a threat".. idiot... Then he tried to get me kicked out of school because cracked my neck relley loud... But other than my Principal trying to plot against me and my friends, nothin amazing like a school shooting hapens often... | |||

| Friday as part of a Senior Prank (I think) somebody put on a porn video (I think it was gay porn, I can't be sure though) on the TVs in the commons during a lunch break..
It wasn't the lunch that I had though, so I only heard about it. My English teacher (my next class after the prank) talked about how hilarious it was, though. |

| To be honest, he sounds more than just mildly autistic, which leads me to think he may have been wrongfuly diagnosed. I'm sure if it IS AS, that it is not at all what caused this.
At any rate, today was one of the most akward days ever, as you would imagine...I don't think things are going to be quite the same ever. I heard they are trying to set up new systems to make it easier for kids to go to administration or other trustworth adults if they are suspicious of things like this in the future. I really hope it helps prevent something like this ever happening again.. |

| When I was in third grade, one of the fifth-grade teachers got pinched for, I believe, some sort of sex crime. Before my teacher let us out, she (as this school's teaching staff was, for some odd reason, overwhelmingly staffed by women... the one that got arrested was the only guy I knew of there who was teaching) told us all not to comment to the media.
And here I am covering a coach that got busted for DWI. |

| One guy got killed in my high school days.
He was in the grade behind me. Didn't like him much at all. He was one of those guys who every girl loves, and every guy hates. The whole "fake tough guy" thing is annoying. 
Anyway! He got hit by a train at the train station in the suburn I used to live in. There were a few stories floating around the school. * He had an argument with his dad and committed suicide. * He was drugged off his face and fell onto the tracks. * He was drugged off his face and one of his so-called friends pushed him. I didn't know what to believe, and never cared. Still don't. There was a little metal plaque on a bench at the station after that. The bench was also graffitid (sp?) with scratched-in messages, mostly saying stuff like "We love you Steven!" I think it was about a year after that when someone removed it. ...Didn't care for that much, either.  |

| Biggest thing that happened at my school was when my friend got expelled for having an AK-47 on school property.
Brought up on felony charges for it, too, but got off entirely because it was legally owned and stored. Somehow got more press than a kid who actually brought a bomb into another school. |

| On the very first day in the school for applied science, wee all had to go to the whiteboard to register us for something, and the fake floor sunk in.
The room was closed for the next four weeks. But that's about the craziest thing I ever encountered. |

| I dunno what all of you are on about with your "student got stabbed", "teacher got shot", and "deer pissed" stories, but nothing bad ever happens when I'm around in the general vincinity. Hell, I walk into a room with a girl that has no arms or legs, and when I walk out again she's pregnant with our next saviour. I'm magical like that.

| Let's see there was a meningitus breakout at my old school, also three bomb threats (it was in Manhattan), my living environment teacher got fired for doing heroine in the bathrooms and one day a girl tripping on acid saw tiki men and streaked around the school. Also pretty much the funniest thing ever happened... On April's fools day some students let loose 10 chickens in the school and put little capes on them numbered 1-11, leaving out number 7... so all day long animal control and peta activists were looking for chicken number 7... who never even existed.
At my current school a teacher shoved ice down a girls pants and got fired for sexual harassment, there are crazy fights every day like no joke I went down the stairway once and there was blood and hair all over the place. Oh and before I came to my current school some white kid said the n word around some black kids and it started a gang war, the gang cashmoney came to my school with guns and stuff and the cafeteria was held up. Oh, these are just some of the many joys of attending public high school in New York City. This what happens when you shove a bunch of people into a building when they clearly don't want to be there. | The worst thing that ever happened at my high school was about 100 of our kids chasing 10 kids from a rival school down the street. And maybe the odd fight or two.
Of course, now kids are sneaking away at lunch to get high. |

| The most interesting things here have been an incident where a garbage can was set on fire and a teacher was running out the door from one of the wings carrying the burning garbage can, and a guy breaking a sprinkler and flooding two wings thanks to a wheelchair ramp inside the school between them. Never been any murders though |

| When I lived in the dorms, a few busloads of students went on a weekend trip to New York City. On the return trip through the mountains, the bus caravan ran into thick fog. Result: a nasty pileup that killed 2 people and injured 200. The student who died lived on my floor. I didn't know her, but it was still sad and strange. | |||
