| Hmm..... interesting, it even says that you can apply for approval "here" and ... omg.. you can actually click on that "here" and it will take you to the place where you can apply for approval.

I guess I shall close it now.  Due to some confusion issues with newer members I am not overly fond of immediately moving threads -- I will however leave it here for a bit so the original thread poster can find it and see that:
* this is a silly question given the answer is on the forum index * you need approval to post in that forum * threads like this should go in the help forum.
