Just make any registrations auto-link to the FAQ and force a wait time of 60 seconds.
The one main requirement is always ignored by odd-jobbers that say "heycan i getz hak" without any proper typing. The worst part: it's their first post. Dumass.

Maybe if we flame and ban them in quick succession for ugly posting... but's that's just me right now. I might not like this later, who knows/cares.
