Just some hints for you, for future reference.
Next time you want some help with something, make sure to state your problem as clearly as possible, and in detail. Don't assume we can mind-read, cause I sure as fuck can't. Now, could you please provide us with some information about your problem in more detail -- what browser are you using? What sites is this occurring with?? |

We have a forum called "Help, Suggestions, Bug Reports"... Only 3 down from this one.
You may get more help if you would have posted this there (I shall move it for you) and explained in detail what the problem you're having is, and anything you have done prior to having the problem. |

Either that, or you're trying to use a picture on your computer as a background image. Make sure the picture you want is hosted online somewhere. |

I think he's saying he can't see layouts.
If that's the case you need to make sure you're logged in and you have layouts turned on in your profile. |
