Not only is it poor legalese, but it's a bit early too. You want to try nail someone with this on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, not a few days earlier when they're running around trying to get stuff done.
It just confuses them.  |

You call that legalese? It doesn't have the warranty disclaimer as sections 19 and 20 IN ALL CAPS FOR NO REAL REASON. Nor does it state that I can't sue for any more than I paid for the (free  ) product. |
