I've been a member of Acmlm's for quite a while, and have recently taken an interest in some actual ROM hacking. While at the moment I don't know much, I have played a couple ROM hacks and know much about the art of criticism. Furthermore I plan on (eventually) hacking a ROM, in a very planned and careful manner, so as to not annoy people with "OMG PLAY NOW" *People turn the game on, are attacked by bugs and the game crashes*. I also know a good deal about computers themselves, and have absorbed some knowledge from the Sonic 2 Beta forums on the topic.
If nothing else I would like to play and comment on pre-existing ROM hacks and help report bugs, as I have done before. But it's up to you whether or not this is good enough, so I won't take any offense if you decide not to approve me. |
