Dullness is underrated these days. Some people are sick and tired of sick and tiredness, but I would disagree.

I'm a believer in that happiness is truly never obtainable, and you just have to live with what you got in life. Or be happy with what you have and if you get more or better, then you become happier. Reason being... if you search for happiness, and think things will make you happy, then all you're doing is getting what you think will make you happy, ride that high for a bit, and then back to being unhappy, therefore even if you get everything you want, you'll always want more to be happy, I guess it's more of a capitalistic happiness... |

I'm a strict follower of the "you're as happy as you let yourself be" policy in life. If you go around acting depressed and letting things get to you the wrong way, you're not going to be very happy. But if you cheer up and choose to be happy, you will be. Sure, life might be a little dull and empty at the moment, but that's life. It's one complicated situation after another thrown at you, and your success and happiness depends on how well you can handle those situations. Don't let them get the better of you.

I hate to say it man but welcome to reality. And welcome to every teenager's life. It's called adolescence. Get used to it.
It's that point in life that you figure out you can't depend on anyone else to be happy. You have to go out and do it yourself. Find your goals and shoot for the stars, kid. |

That was pretty emo right there.
Start a project or something. Get in a group at school. |

become a ninja! then at least you will be able to throw a shuriken and ride it to school, rather than walking/taking the bus, and it will earn you extra coolness points.
no, but seriously. like the other guy said, find something you enjoy and hold on to it, if anyone tries to take it from you cut their throat. (not literally, well, maybe.) |

Darkness of my soul is a metaphor of mine. I generally use it to try and describe my sorrow. I only feel this way at night. When I start to think about this sort of stuff. In the daytime I'm generally at least in the neutral state. |

Uh. Yeah. Just try not to think of it in the terms of "Darkness of my soul" and a variety of "insane depression", as that sort of screws with any attempt to recover from depression.
I wouldn't know too much, though, for some reason I am always happy. The worst I get is bored. |

I will try and remember these things. It is hard for me though. Everywhere I turn the doors get closed. Every last link of hope that I find I hold on to as tightly as I can. Yet every time, someone or something breaks that link and I go tumbling down farther into the darkness of my soul. |

Find something meaningful to you and hold onto it with a deathgrip. |

I've had days like this.
Hell, I've had entire years like this. All I can tell you is that things do get better eventually. |

Sorry in advance if this irritates anyone or anything along those lines. However I feel like it needs to be said. Sometimes I feel that there is little point in trying anymore. Because the people I care about either don't care about me or they don't care about me anymore. What is the point of living when there is no one in your life? And the one you want to care about you wouldn't care if you died or if you stayed alive? I feel empty. And worthless. I love none and am loved by none. If anyone has any advice for something like this. Please tell me.
Thank you. |
