well, all I wanted to do was erase everything on that hard drive, and it worked fine...and thats all im gonna use it for... |

BTW: Partition Magic is extremely buggy, there are _many_ reports of severe data loss due to the use of Partiton Magic, I don't recommend that you continue using it. For general creation/deletion, both WinXP and Ubuntu have necessary tools built-in.
If you're doing resizing, then boot into Ubuntu or a Linux LiveCD. ntfsresize handles NTFS; parted handles FAT, ext2, reiserfs, xfs. (there's also graphical front-ends like QtParted and GParted if you want to install them in Ubuntu) |

XP, and ubuntu on the second one, now its just formatted with NTFS so I can store extra files there. |

With Partition Magic you can format your second hard drive. In the first HD what OS do you have?? |

I have a second hard drive in my PC, and I want to format from windows...is it possible? I dont wanna go into the linux and do it from there, since it takes too much work.
