...its a shame that now I found this comic.

I'm just reading through it for now and will re-read 'em later for the hidden messages.

Hooray. I always wanted to find all of those, but I never had the patience to go through the entire series a fourth time. Thanks Xkeep!

Yes. It became a challenge to find ways to fit them into the later episodes, especially the ones with the more complicated backgrounds.

I believe there were three episodes where the subliminal message was just an exclamation mark.

The difference is that in Kid Radd, you just push Ctrl-A or make an educated guess at where it is, and in an image you usually have to crawl over it orplay with colors until it becoms visible.

How did the awesomeness of Kid Radd evade me for so long?

And I don't mean just the hidden text, I mean in general!

Yep, I've done similar too. Near-black text on black backgrounds.

Also, I'm guessing I should have read that comic ages ago? It's pretty awesome. Just spent the last several hours reading it all. Only thing that disappointed me was that they didn't go into any Pokémon or 3D games.

And yes, 576 is rofflecakes.

I did that all the time with Thoughts in Chaos

For example:

~240 unique subliminal messages through 313 episodes.
Episode 280 disappeared off my hard drive with no backup )=

I happened across one of the many, many (as I learned) instances of hidden text in the comic Kid Radd earlier, mostly when I was going through old bookmarks... specifically, the Bit Buddies comic's one. (#231?)

So I wasted my entire morning (about three hours) going thorugh each one and spotting all that juicy hidden stuff.

And then I made a list out of it. B)

This shows what comics have hidden text, as well as the occasional comment. I guess it's another benefit over solid image comics, as with those you can't very well hide anything...

Kid Radd's Hidden Text Messages, or at least the strips they appear in. Hint: Use Ctrl-A!

Finding these really does make it stand out a little more, as putting easter eggs like this into, say, Bob & George would be a lot harder than this.
