I can't remember the last time I went to bed before midnight.

Usually between 1-2am, I very rarely stay up beyond 3. I have class at three in the afternoon on MWF and 9:30am on TT, though I make out okay getting up early... as long as I have at least 7 hours of sleep I have zero problems waking up.

I retire to bed around 1 or 2 sometimes 3 in the morning. It all depends what is on tv or what I'm doing.

I usually sleep between the hours of 11:00pm and 12:00am...and I wake up at 5:00am.
Yeah. Yay.

I like "learning" and "knowledge", but they really should have a night option for high school.

I sleep early in the morning. I'm almost never asleep before 3am, and I usually get up at around 8am.

Maybe that's why I'm always tired

Now that I have to wake up at 6:30am - 7am each day, I tend to go to sleep a bit early than I am used to. Depending on my day, I'll fall asleep anywhere between 10:30 or midnight. Its really pissing me off that I've been passing out earlier than that at times.

Well depends on what I have the next day. Mondays, Wednesday and Friday I have gym at 6 in the morning before school so normally around midnight on those nights.

On other nights normally between 12 and 2.

I normally tend to get to bed at 9:30 on school days, but occasionally, I'll stay up until 10 o'clock, which isn't a good idea when I plan on getting up at 6.

On weekends, I stay up till 12 or 1 AM. I like to stay as nocturnal as possible so as not to waste my weekend sleeping.... But I sometimes end up getting up at 10 anyway.

I generally sleep between the hours of 12am (GMT +09.30) and 7.30am (GMT +09.30) which is probably insufficient, particularly as my sleep is disrupted. At the moment my sleep is disrupted by the heat and heat-induced eczema.

I should go to bed earlier. But I don't.

And dammit, my eczema is playing up really badly after this weather.

Define "sleep".

If by sleep you mean when I finally get off the compy, 10:30~11:30 PM.

If you mean when I actually fall asleep, then anywhere between 12:00~2:20 AM

I can afford to do that because I go to school from 12:30 to 5:30 PM, so I wake up at 9 AM.

I love functioning on 5-6 hours of sleep

On school nights, I usually go to bed around 10:30, sometimes earlier if I'm tired and sometimes later if I have work to finish. On weekends it really depends on what I'm doing... if I have to get up early the next day, I'm asleep earlier, if I'm doing Safe Rides then I don't get to bed until around 3am.

I fall asleep at 11:00 on school days and I wake up at around 6:00.
On weekends I fall asleep at midnight at the least and wake up at around 10:00.

I got to sleep around Midnight, and wake up at like 6:30 for class.

I liked last year, where I had class at 9:30 and could go to sleep like at 2 AM

It varies wildly for me.
I don't really know how much sleep I actually *need*, nowadays I sleep because I enjoy doing so (I can easily go with less sleep with no trouble if I want)

I go to bed around 10pm-midnight lately, and get up at 6 am. For some reason, I will always wake up about 5 minutes before my alarm goes off, after only a few days of actually using the alarm, regardless of whenever I actually set my alarm.
Fairly often I sleep in till 8 or 9 am. Lately I'm getting the feeling I'm sleeping too much though... although that's most likely going to mean staying up later instead of getting up earlier - I'm somewhat nocturnal.

since it seems to be commonly mentioned in here - I used to take hours (literally) to fall asleep, unless for some reason I was dead tired. Around 3 years ago I started falling asleep much faster.

I sleep at night, like most normal people...

However...

-School nights, Im in bed by 11:30
-Weekends, Im in bed by 12:00...

Now, me actually falling ASLEEP... is a different story.

If I dont have to get up in the morning, I usually sleep till 10-11AM

School night- I usually go to sleep at 10:30 or 11:00, usually for homework reasons. I wake up at 6:20 or so....sooo tiiiired.

Normal- like 2:30 or 3:00. Wake up at like 10 or so.

The time I go to bed mostly depends on the activity in the IRC channels I'm on.
If there's nobody around, and I've got nothing else to do, I get bored quickly, and if I get bored, I get tired very quickly, and that's normally 02:00 - 03:00, but sometimes even 06:00.
And every time I want to go to bed one hour earlier, I go to bed one hour later.

I get up at 11:00 every day, without an exception. Sometimes more, sometimes less sleepy, depending on the things above.

On school nights, I go to bed at 10:30 PM because I have to wake up at 6 AM for school.

Now, if it is the when it is not a school day, I'll stay up around 2 AM to 4 AM which is when I usually get tired.

Ideally I sleep when I'm tired and continue to do so until I'm not tired anymore. In reality it usually ends up more like this...

-If I have to work the next morning, decide to go to bed at 11-12PM. Actually go to bed at 1-2AM and sleep until 7 or so.
-If I work in the afternoon, go to bed whenever and sleep until anywhere from noon to 3, despite wanting to get up at (and setting four alarm clocks at) 8-10.
-If I have the day off tomorrow, stay up until I'm tired (anywhere from 3-7AM) and sleep for 6-8 hours. Usually end up sleeping for 10 hours despite what my alarms are set for.

Lately I have been trying to get to bed before 23:00, usually because I have made myself get up early the next morning, so that I can use the day to study for my exams.

However, when I am working at the bar, I go to bed at anything between 4:00 and 5:00, depending on how quick I can get a taxi ride home. It always takes longer to get a taxi on Fridays and Saturdays..

If I'm out drinking, however, the time may be anything from 4:00 to 10:00. It's hard to say what the average time then is, but I would assume it's somewhere around 6:00.

If I go to sleep early, it's because I have to wake up at 6:30 to reach school in time. If I don't, I usually sleep until atleast noon. If I go to bed at 10:00 in the morning, I may aswell sleep until 19:00, but so far this has only happened on Sundays. Well, not all of it is sleep, sometimes it's just lying in bed. But I like to lie in my bed. It's where I usually think about stuff, and just relax. And if there is no special reason to get up, I may as well just lie there..

I only get insomnia around Christmas. Seriously. I have the WORST insomnia during Christmastime, and 2 years ago, it was the worst it ever was for me. I couldn't get to sleep AT ALL, and eventually, I was given one of my presents early to try and help me sleep. O_o In short, I get insomnia pretty easily during the end of the year, and New Years Eve doesn't help a bit. All those fireworks keep me up... ;
