Hmm, Pro Wrestling reminded me of another good game. Temco/Tecmo World Wrestling.

I´ve had many fun moments with that.

Bionic Commando - the only platformer I know where you can't actually jump.
Bubble Bobble - as if the others hadn't said it enough already.
Elite - one of the greatest games in the history of ever.
Kirby's Adventure - a classic, already mentioned.
River City Ransom - the best side scrolling beat-em-up ever made. period.
Solar Jetman - it's good, but I think I'm the only one who has ever heard of it.
Spy vs. Spy - just for it's sheer crazyness.
Trog - sort of like pac-man, only much better.

Track & Field is also good but we have Track & Field II at home.

Punch-Out is another great game but I´ve probably mentioned it already.

Nuts & Milk blows. Get Track & Field. WITH the pad of course. Let's not forget Punch-Out!!
And renegade sucked ass but the arcade version was even worse. "Get laust, punk!"

I played Snow Bros. first then I played Bubble Bobble and noticed a similiarity. Which came first? Snow Bros. or Bubble Bobble?

Snow Bros. was weird... not a bad arcade-style game but I still prefer Bubble Bobble.

Nuts & Milk was a first-gen NES game but I think the reason they never brought it here was the title. Even back then.

Metriod was a great game along with Metal Gear. One of my favorite games for NES was Snow Bros.

Get startropics and Zoda's revenge: startropics 2. My 2 favourite games for the NES!

I dunno, judging by the reviews on GameFAQs, it doesn't seem like something I'd like (And they all give it 6/10 )

I'm fairly certain people have made lewd hacks of the game.

The game itself is actually pretty neat in a first-wave of NES titles way.

Also, Binary Land is interesting. Kind of a brain teaser game. You control two characters at once in a maze. Though I'm not sure if that's what it's really called, because I played it on a pirate cart.

PS: Bubble Bobble

Hey, I have that game at home at it´s kick-ass.

Hmm, I´ve played Adventure Island (Dunno which one) but the console didn´t look like a NES. What consoles were they released for?

The lack of Balloon Fight in this topic sickens me. So, I'm suggesting it.

Balloon Fight.

Yeah, but the NES Renegade was also an extremely shitty arcade port. Try the original, it's fun.

And Legend of Kage does not deserve to be on that list.

On the other hand, I may not be able to name -good- games, but I did just link to -twenty- bad games!
