They look like the style of drawing eyes without pupils.
It's good, but the only thing that bothers me is the fact that his hand seems to disappear while it's halfway through the... area.

I find flash too difficult to use. I've used Corel RAVE, which works pretty well. I have a bunch of crappy animations made through RAVE in my profile.
