I played Elite Beat Agents again at a game retailer, got to some harder songs...and failed them. Although I only played about...erm...2-3 days maybe, I can't pass the 5-6 stars on Crusin'. Any tips?  |

I tried out Elite Beat Agents at a game retailer and it was fun. You can say addicting, even. I don't mind any of the songs, the events on the top screen amuses me and makes me wonder what is going to happen next. I must practice and master that game!!  |

I would get Elite Beat Agents if it did not have all those modern pop songs in it. If they had a nice collection of cheesy 80s songs+glam and heavy metal, I think I would most definitely get it with a ds lite. |

I'm still attempting the "Normal" setting for Ready! Steady! Go! on Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. I don't think Elite Beat Agents is out in the UK yet, I might consider getting it if it's half as good as Ouendan 
The game is quite simply what the DS was made for- a supremely engrossing game that is still just as playable for those two minute breaks that are hard to fill (with a game system, anyway  ). The long intro to Ready! Steady! Go! is highly iritating when playing on harder settings, though. You frequently find yourself returning to the beginning and faced with a lengthly intro that cannot be skipped, which wastes a lot of time that could be spent playing. This is annoying when you're trying to fill just ten minutes of time- I find myself playing tracks I can easily complete instead. Ah well. |

Well, there's lots of songs I just haven't done much or could really improve. I've only S-Ranked 5 songs on Hard ROCK, I mean.
Also, only about 25 mil left. |

It's possible to fail it on Sweatin' without missing any beats, never mind Hard Rock. How do I know? Because I did it. 253 combo just as the elite meter hit its final notch. I was really sucking that day. |

Ah, Jumpin' Jack Flash.
It's insane on Hard ROCK. Ha ha ha. You don't even get a chance to screw up twice there... Actually, it is quite literally possible to fail that song on Hard ROCK without actually missing any beats at all. |

Finally perfect combo'd that level. After an hour and a half. Rank: B.
Edit: Basically that song has been my biggest problem with the game. These early Hard ROCK! levels are easier than the final Sweatin' levels, which have you hit very, very long strings where there are several notes, and I'm kinda thrown off the first time I see one of these where there's a slider along that. But then that song is different - it has that slider on a note that is only very briefly held, for a very brief time, and I can't perform based on rhythm - rhythm to tells me to only lightly strike it, which isn't what I have to do. So I failed. A lot. |
