Errr... It allows you to be two different Mario Forms at once, like Small Fire Mario, Big Fire Mario (meaning when you get hit, instead of going back to Small Mario, you go back to BIG Mario (aka Super Mario)!), Small Cape Mario, Big Cape Mario, and even Fire Cape Mario (or, if you prefer, Cape Fire Mario)! It messes up the GFX, though, and you can't reinsert the GFX. |

I already found a post of Bio's that had what offsets I needed to change. I couldn't reply to say my problem was solved, because I have to wait 24 hours before double posting. But thanks anyway for the help, I'll still look to see what Bio's patch is and does. |

Bio once created a patch that changed the Fireflower into one like in the SMB3 hack "Some Usual Day", which allows it to be mixed with other powerups, even small Mario. Check it out. This should do the trick for you, or be as close as you can get (as making Cape Mario throw fireballs and use the cape at the same time is impossible or extremely difficult). |

I'm having some trouble with making the Cape Mario powerup use the Fireball. I tried changing 05282 to 02, but it doesn't do anything. I tried out the other Mario forms with the fireball and they worked fine.
Small Mario - 00 Big Mario - 01 Cape Mario - 02 Fire Mario - 03 And I need to know what I need to change in hex to make Fire Mario to do the Cape spin instead of Cape Mario. |
