I can see why it would be popular solely because you have choice. It's Yahoo Games minus the Java.
There'll be plenty more WiFi games coming out, so pick a few you know are going to sell well. More people online = more fun. |

and by far the best online DS game is Clubhouse games... IF you can find someone to play against you
This is just my opinion and perhaps showing me age |

Each game also has different functions. Some let you full-out play online and others just have enhancements. |

Ah. Well, you can see how much I know, eh? Oooh, is Goldeneye: Rogue Agent online? |

...Well, that's not an online game in the first place. |

OBJECTION!!!
There are some restrictions... Nintendo's encryption for their wireless interface is WEP: DISREGARD THAT I SUCK COCKS (der ). A lot of networks nowadays use WPA, which makes it kinda tough for nintendo to interface with them... You have to some fanangling with your wireless router's ports to allow your DS through. The dorms at URI, as well as a healthy chunk of Verizon DSL's wireless services, don't even support it. There are a lot of problems with DS WiFi so far, and I can only hope they start to improve when the Wii releases, or else our wireless networks are going to have a dilly of a pickle on their hands when it comes to the hundreds of thousands of gamers who are going to wanna play Smash Brothers online, or access the net with their DSes via WiiConnect. |

The DS supports 802.11b and 802.11g, either unencrypted or WEP-encrypted (which is cracked in less than a minute, might as well be running unencrypted anyway). All other encryption mechanisms are incompatible |

Unless it uses WPA. |

You can use ANY wifi connection, at all, so long as it is within range. You should be all set |

This is coming from someone who knows NOTHING about it. At all.
I have a wireless internet connection. Is there any way I can use my DS's WiFi though this connection of mine, or do I have to go to those WiFi places in coffee shops 'n shit? Thanks in advance. |
