A lady in the back of my apartment, bought a VCR DVD combo on Junction Blvd. a couple of weeks ago. Well she didn't know why it wasn't working, I took a look at it and in the back of it there was alotta scratches and dents, it also looked like they tried to get over on her since she's 64 years old.
She bought for about $130, when I told her it was used she really got pissed off. Of course she got a new one after bringing the old one back. It just sucks when people try to get over on other people with merchandise. |

I got a DVD burner from wal-mart only to open it up and see that the packaging had clearly been taped back together and was not sealed. The recorder did'nt work. It's bullshit to just put something back in the box that does'nt work and pretend like it's new. |

Can't think of any cases. I just wonder if the music was good, in that case it should be fine . |

HAve you ever bought somehting "new", only to find it used? I just got an MP3 player (free ^^) from The Local Lquidation World, and found out it had a bad LCD (damaged) and missing battery case cover, stuff I can handle... but the unit is used. It has songs already on it.
Seems whoever bought it from Radioshack broke it and took it back, then the player was sold as new to liquidation world, then to me. So, have you ever gotten stuff under the premise it was new, and found out it was actually used/abused? |
