Great, young, all-around centers don't come along as often as talented swingmen and are therefore less replaceable via free agency or later drafts. I think Durant is the better talent, but Oden's size and playing position as well as his defensive game-changing ability and room for growth give him the slight edge. |

Hopefully. But who do you take? Freakishly old looking freak, or a thin stud that's quick and drops bombs? |

Picked the right year to go in the tank, yes? |

What's his FG% these days? Cause last time I saw it, it was 89, and it went DOWN after a 6/7 night. |

Seriously, I hope he does too. |

If AI went to the Celts, like he should have...I would have cared about the NBA.
Now? I'm gonna keep it where it's at, the occasional Sportscenter highlight |

I hope they don't end up with Greg Oden. Because I hope he stays here. |

I actually thought it was a decent deal; they're going to tank this year and end up with some good picks in the draft, maybe can end up with Greg Oden, Joakim Noah or another big like they need, and Andre Miller can play. Joe Smith is just there for an expiring contract, but, meh. Iverson had to go, and they got a good deal of talent in return for him while saving 20 mil next year. Only worry should be if those 3 first round picks they have next year don't pan out in the long run. |

I'm looking forward to this next season. Watching opening games tonight, in fact.
Also, am I the only one who likes the Nike commercials with multiple LeBrons? He seems like he's actually a pretty good actor and some of them are pretty humorous. |

I didn't intend on making this thread yet, but after hearing this, I decided to jump the gun a bit. (The season starts on Wednesday, BTW).
