Simple. I'd feed it to some Elephant. Then I'd cook it. Roasted Elephant is gooood. 
If no elephant can be found, I shall build a time machine, go back in time, steal my own two ice creams, then I'd have four! Repeat as necessary. |

I take the ice cream, melt it onto the floor, grow fungi on the floor, set the fungi on fire, and then I take the dust and spell out with it 'MAY THE ICECREAM BE WITH YOU.'
Then I eat a keyboard. |

I eat ice cream out of a cup or bowl rather than a ice cream cone so I don't really have to worry about having it melt on my fingers.
When it does melt, I will drink all of it until there is nothing left in the bowl. |
