That mountain Line Rider video was crazy... Such detail and crazy tricks. Only 14 hours though? Must be a godly engineer.

Ah, yes, change the "with" for an "and" for my sentence to make sense . The features I was talking about are:

- ERASER
- line drawing
- line snapping
- three types of lines (regular, accelerating, scenery lines which don't collide at all)
- zoom (there is also an option to keep the zoom level of drawing mode in simulation - hold down ctrl when pressing play)
- flag aka checkpoint (while simulating you pres the flag icon and position and speed of the rider get stored so you can later simulate from there on. the flag which maks the position of the riders behind at time of save is also visible in editing mode)
- added an option that lets you reverse floor and celling directions - hold down shift when starting a new line
- lots of bug fixes which will not be so apparent

Some (Or, most of them, I think) of the videos on Youtube are still using the old version that sets posted, but it's obvious the others are using the improved version, since Line Rider sometimes falls throug a horisontal line without reason (scenery lines) and others he goes faster on a hill going up (accelerating lines), as well as zooming, etc.

Um... it's a guy.. riding... a line. How is that addicting? I mean sure it's neat, but I played it for about 3 minutes the last time it was mentioned here and that was it. And now it's in Time Magazine? Weird...

This is my fasvorite one. Because Line Rider actually goes 3D (or it gives that illusion).

This one in where Line Rider goes straight up at full speed for 9 seconds is also good.

They are using the "update ('that is not on the internet yet')", with the "right click twice to get straight lines" trick.

It bored me in 15 minutes, but some movies are very entertaining

Jesus fucking christ. I was just informed of this line rider video...it's godly. It must've taken forever to get right, which clearly demonstrates the lifelessness of some, but the results are so damn awesome that he (or she) is excused. .

Rumor is there are hacked versions of Line Rider though, so that might explain it.
What hacking? He said he spent 14 hours on it. 14 hours is about enough time to make that, considering saving and loading if something goes wrong.

Edit: Also, taking another look, he doesn't have all the tools the modded line rider has.

Sheesh, can't wait until the next "addiction" [/sarcasm]

Really though, I've played it for atleast a minute, got bored and moved onto my PSP games... though I don't know what is fun about it.

My friend Axl got addicted to it, but mainly because he's gets a good cheap laugh or two of just having the guy run righ tinto the wall at the start. Hmph... he's crazy at times, but my friends and I always wonder about his emotional stabillity...

Eh, when I get bored, I just go play it to make the guy fly into a wall, do severeal flips into a wall, etc. I am by no means addicted, but I do play it every day for at least 2 or 3 minutes.

I got bored of it in less than a minute. I mean yea, it is cute, but it doesn't seem anywhere near that interesting to merit a kind of "addiction." People need better things to do, honestly.

Wow. I got bored of it after a couple of days, and watched a version of "helicopter escape" with James Bond music put in; that's all I did with the game. But it's shocking to see that it has become this popular. It's ridiculous.
