I guess that in the later parts (I'm thinking Megaman 7, specifically) he's more of a late-teenager, especially judging by how he reacts to Wily and the events in the ending.
But then, who am I to guess about it? |

As did I to begin with, but after reading up on some sources of information, I found that he indeed was based around a child - or at most an early teenager. It even shows a little within some of the games - albeit slightly. Mega Man X is based around an adult. |

Why doesn't Wily just get Mega Man charged with criminal threatening or threatening assault or anything like that? I'm pretty sure threatening to attack someone is AGAINST THE LAW.
