The same tune used for the Magic Whistle in SMB3 is the same tune in the title screen music for Ocarina of Time!!!
And you can find all sorts of stuff here that'll blow your mind.

The Sun Song in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is the first few notes of the song that plays when it's morning in Hyrule Field.

I never noticed that before.

An interesting observation that nicely fits the plot, but hardly mind-blowing. If you want mind-blowing... bugs out-populate humans by some huge number of times.

Those are just random bizarre facts, not mind-blowing material about real life. On the other hand, things like 'slut' being an anagram of 'lust' is more along the lines of what I intended it to be like.

Yeah, I noticed at a pizza place the reflection of their "PIZZA" sign in the window... guess it doesn't work so well in some fonts.

If you know Pokemon, you'll know their names come from various plays on words, word combination, etc. Mareep is a Pokemon. You might think its name derieves from Sheep and something else. Since the "eep" is present, so sheep is part of how its name is formed. However, Mareep is an anagram of...Ampere! It all makes sense now!

That's only provided leap years happen every four years; it's the reason that century years are only leap years if they are divisible by 400 (year 2000 is a leap year, while 2100 is not).

Did you know that due to bad leap year implementation, we get an extra day every 133 years and 4 months?

Another borrowed one I picked up.

...information cannot propogate faster than the speed of light. So from the moment you were born there has been a sphere expanding out from you at the speed of light within which you exist. Outside that sphere, you have yet to exist.

If you died at seventy, it also means that the maximum volume of space it is possible for you to have affected in some way is 70 light years in radius, giving a volume of 1,436,744 cubic lightyears.

The volume of the universe is ~2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 cubic lightyears.

It helps to think of that every time you think things are terrible. No matter what happens, the vast, vast majority of existance hasn't even noticed you yet, and probably won't before the end of the universe.

That hardly looks like a y - it looks more like a retarded n. Speaking of which, let's look at ampersands. &. So what? Well, I personally had trouble visualizing them before my mind was blown when it came to them. How did it get blown?

THE WHEELCHAIR RACES ARE ON!!

Yeah, if you imagine it being someone in a wheelchair, it becomes much easier to remember and write.

Technically, I was wrong since I meant rotated, but technically, I was right since there are also upside-down ambigrams (Mirror ones and whatnot). Anyway, I just made my name as ambigram:

I think it fits the thread, I can now say: "UlY upside down is... UlY!" (I'd mean rotated, but I'm just repeating asdf's words).

They're called ambigrams, words that read the same upside down (Like SWIMS).

Making your name an ambigram is fairly easy
Not upside down, rotated.

SWIMS would still appear the same upside down, but with reversed "S"es.
