We're talking about electronic changing of genders, here. No mutilating the penis or constructing one involved. It's just as easy to change a guy to a girl here as it is to change a girl to a guy. So why have the majority of the changes be to the female gender?

He is extremenly lazy or busy.

Turning guys into girls is just easy enough.

Plus, he may like the color pink.
