*Too long of a day to be in a court house, I'm glad I'm home*

That 2-5 thingy was supposed to be fixed by either TheGreatWhiteDope or 4matsy last year, I can't remember which. Those palettes and graphics were originally done by Dragonsbrethren of ROM Hacking dot net, when he used to be on Tek Hacks three years ago. 4matsy did a few graphical changes though.

About that flame bar coming out of bullet cannon is pretty weird. GwD was nutty when he did that, lol

Minor thing I forgot to mention, 2-5 doesn't properly stop at the bowser.

I agree with this, and add that Lakitu looks a little odd in my opinion. However, your graphical style and use of palletes are nice overall.

Thanks for trying the hack out Amano. You can use my personal favorite Nes emulator FCEUXD SP 1.06, which you can snag here.

Considering how advanced most NES emulators are, it's mostly a matter of taste... My 2 favorites are Jnes and Nestopia. Nestopia, however, seems to display funny colors... At least SMB doesn't look the same with it and Jnes.

Edit: I received hack threats because of my insectduel comment above, haha...

That'd do just fine.

Fix the Mario's standing tilemap.

I forgot to fix that, thanks Brandon for letting me know, I really appreciate it. I fixed 3-5 now, it shouldn't be a problem now. Thanks again.

Good hack, but I have to stop it at 3-5 since the midpoint starts you over a pit. Challenging hack though.

Well, thanks for tryin it out anyways.

The fact Insectduel worked on this lowers the game rating by default...
But I like the goomba sprite...
Anyway, hard hack, as expected... I even managed to die within the first 2 seconds, thinking that red part at the beginning of the first level was some kind of bridge...

I didn't actually play the hack, so I can't comment on it as a whole, but simply on the screenshots you posted... If you prefer, the other guy(s) of the team has(ve) similar level design tastes as you.

Funny how you just can't leave SMB1, despite your original plans.

Are you talking about the worlds I made or the whole hack? All I did was eight levels, the text, and the title screen.

lolz, it's all good. Mario Evolution was the old Tek Hack's name that was used back in the day in 2003. I'm just glad it's done. I'm gonna have a nice cold Heineken.

Nice work, Googie...but, um...it's kinda close to AsakuraGin's hack's name.
