This is asinine, we have to at least know the emulator you're running, maybe even how fast the framerate is set, if you have a throttle on, if you have turned off the sound, etc. Please come back when you have this information and most likely it is a simple and easily fixed problem.

This is not a hacking but a general emulation problem.

It would help to know what system you are hacking for and which Pokemon game specifically. Without knowing anymore all I could offer is just adding a loop to the main graphics function and try changing the amount of times that loop is run to adjust the speed of the game. Make sure you put it somewhere that gets run exactly once per frame.
