Out of laziness, I just used an Action Replay to get to all the unlockables. Open-and-close unlockables are easy to get to, but I find even doing that fourty times in a row to just be kind of a waste of time. |

All I did was go in and out of all the games 20 times each and I unlocked all of it. You don't have to play the game just begin to execute it and then exit it. |

Nope, just play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic Spinball 20 times. |

It will tell you when you have met the requirements. Just keep track on how many times you played those 2 games and that is it. |

Will it make a sound or tell me? |

When you load up Sonic 3 or Sonic and Knuckles in that game, press whatever button that opens the menu and select the quit game option. It should ask you to save and just say yes. Do that 20 times on both games.
That's how I got it unlocked on my Mega Collection game for the PS2. |

I looked on Gamefaqs and it says in order to play Sonic 3&Knuckles I have to play Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles 20 times each.
Does that mean beat them or just open them? And just curious...these games are images right? Like the Zelda collection... |
