Elin dreamed about a picture I made her that evening. I'd love to elaborate, but that's suicidal.

Last night was the first time in a long time that I became aware of what I was dreaming about.

First dream I remember is where I and a female friend were being hunted by these bounty hunters. We ended up in a wooded area, and they closed in on us. So I begin fighting with them and somehow I end up with a fork. I promptly use the fork to kill all of them within 5 minutes (I think there were about 10 of them, but they looked like normal guys.) There was this one guy I had trouble with while using the fork, so I got him in the throat with it...

I remember waking up and looking at the clock, and seeing it was 5:30 in the morning, so I lie back down and sleep some more, and the dream I remember was a huge hairy beast attacking me and I defeated it too, I think I ended up drowning it in a river or something.

My dreams are violent, I guess.

Ooh, here's an odd one I had last night.

Part 1: My house is now some weird combination of multiple houses I've lived in and one or two schools. There is a small hole in many of the walls, lined up perfectly as if a bullet had gone right through the house. Someone (I think my mom) points out that if I look through one of the holes I can see a fire. Apparently the house is on fire, but for some bizarre reason it's such a tiny, slow-burning fire that it would take years to do any actual damage (right now it's just kinda burning inside the wall) so we leave it there.

Part 2: I'm in this same weird mishmash house. I enter my room and Card Captor Sakura is there. We just kinda talk about stuff as if we knew eachother and as if there were nothing special about the fact that an animé character is in my house. (Nothing sexual happened kthx. )

Part 3: I'm at what's supposedly a video store, but is more like some sort of night club. There's a pool table and a few videos and music CDs scattered about. I look through the music CDs and find some odd videos and CDs, all with names similar to Hamasaki Ayumi (the CD I'm actually looking for). Tetris music with random sound effects plays in the background, some girl throws me a quarter for some reason, and I leave.

Nonsense, but a lot less so than some dreams I have... in this one at least nothing changed shape at random.

Sorry to double post, but I crashed for a while, and had the most hilarious dream:

I dreamed that I was given a Wii from some homeless person in an alley, and I braught it to some random electronic store and plugged it up to a TV that was sitting in the display window. It came with a silver disc that I inserted into the Wii.

There was a logo on the TV that said Wii in plain text, then I suddenly started hearing dentist drills. The title screen of a game appeared on the screen, with black-and-white checkers everywhere and a giant grinning Donkey Kong head. A game name popped up, and the game itself was called Donkey Kong: Brush Flush: You had to use the Wii-Mote to brush Donkey Kong's teeth!

Has anyone else had any funny dreams relating video games?

Since I first dreamed that last night, I had another dream after I fell back asleep:

My homeroom class was on a field trip to the zoo, and when we got there, it looked exactly like the overworld to Diddy Kong Racing. I remember colored balloons, bananas, and some of my friends were riding in those cute mini airplanes. Then I remember being in a race. Then Taj, the elephant genie from DKR came to me and showed me pictures of what looked like a futuristic device. I then remember racing in a water stage, with giant ships everywhere. Racing in one of those hover crafts, I now had to dodge men with guns. What's even more scary is that the happy music of that stage was in my dream.

I have some of the weirdest dreams, but I've posted them dozens of times so I'm not going to bother again. Coolest I suppose was being in Mario Kart 64 or one of the numerous flying dreams.

I had a dream once where I was locked up in some kind of cell. I broke free because my hands are so slender I could slip through the shackles. Then I jumped from ledge to ledge in the cell I was in towards a very high window. I jumped from a ledge through the iron bars and grabbed the ledge of the window, and looked down at a road. A car was there, waiting for me. I jumped down, landed on my ass, got back up and in the car. Then someone started to chase us and the dream ended.

It was like playing Prince of Persia in my mind.

When I dream, it usually doesn't make too much sense.

I've had countless dreams where I've started to have sex with a random woman that I've never seen before. These dreams have happened a lot and with a different woman each time, and also is unexplainable.

When I was little, I feared the doll Chuckie from the Child's Play movies and had many dreams of me running in fear from the doll and some I got stabbed by him in.

I had a dream about a year ago, I was riding a roller coaster in somewhere over an ocean and the track was either not connected or it broke in the middle of the ride casting the carts into the water.

Then I've had other dreams that just don't make enough sense to explain, along with the other 90%+ nights where I don't dream.

I oftened wondered why a lot of my dreams have me trying to run away from something, but I can pull off turtle speeds at best.

I also get a lot of dreams that seem to happen in real life later on. Deja vu.

I had a bad dream last night, that I was on top of the World Trade Center and a man dressed in black kept talking to me in different languages. And when he got closer to me, he had a demonic laugh and I jumped off the roof.

As I was falling to the ground there was a crowd of people laughing at me and saying how glad they were that I'll be dead.

I keep having bad dreams of getting eaten or sinking in a lake.

This new species of eel were swimming around a steep lake. Although the bottom was muddy, all the water was clear and visible. Dead wood and bones could be seen at the bottom and the eels were swimming around. The muddy cliff caused me to fall into the lake. Right before I could say, "Oh shit" I was already underwater with half of my body stuck in mud. I could see those fishes swim above me and I was drowning.

I like lucid dreams. Normally mine aren't totally lucid. I don't control events or physics, only myself.

I used to always be angry when my parents woke me up for school because they'd interrupt a dream in which I was doing something really important.

Some times, I have real-time dreams. Meaning that when I fall asleep, It feels like I'm actually awake, the time going by slow, etc. I could wake up 2 hours later from when I fell asleep, and it would feel like I've been asleep for literally months; I wouldn't be tired at all. However, they're extremely rare, but they used to happen quite frequently in the past.

A while back, in December 2003, I had a dream that a Nintendo employee came to my house and showed me pictures of the new 2004 Gameboy. It played N64 cartidges, cooked hotdogs, and allowed you to teleport to China from anywhere.

2 nights ago, I had a dream that I was walking in Target with my brother, when I tripped on an icecube and fell through the floor, landing in some sort of an arctic abyss. Cranky Kong from the DKC series was there, and told me to look for his missing underwear. I also remember lots and lots of ice, although I don't remember if it was cold or not.

i still don't understand how people enjoy their dreams so much. i have some occasionally, but i'll wake up and know i dreamed, but forget practically everything about it. even more confusing is just how rare they are. i just cna't understand the idea of lucid dreams. how do you people do that anyways, because it sounds like fun(playing a video game while sleeping!).

In one dream, I am walking in a dark looking circus for few moments, then a lion attacks me. I fall down, the lion jumps on top of me and says something, then I wake up.

This same dream happens every year at least once. Weird huh?

So you're saying that one out of many thousands is negligible?

Most of my dreams are either forgotten immediately*, not able to be written here*, or just too weird to put in text*.

*99%, 1, and 1%, respectively

I wouldn't mind the ability to lucidly dream and recall it, as even now I can't remember anything about them at all...
