TheCheat (yes, named for the Homestar Runner character) fills a curious gap I discovered in the romhacker's toolbox: a customizable, ready-made VWF formatter. This, surprisingly, is the work of just over 24 hours, and it works great.

You'll need Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to run it, which you can get through Windows Update. Enjoy.

EDIT: TheCheat has been updated to version 1.1. Got some great new features. Check it out.
