Yeah but sometimes you want to get up at a certain time and take it easy in the morning. You don't want to wake up an hour late then feel like you're wasting time and that.

I oversleep all the time. The alarm goes off, I shut it off, and I fall asleep again.

I said she had to keep her urges in check but she laughed that suggestion off.

But it's not my fault. There's this girl who reminds me of Uma who has always ridden the same bus as I do, and I got up when she did without checking the number. And Taryn's story totally jinxed me. Also, there were gypsies.

Hey hey hey! Just cause I'm stupid, doesn't mean you have to copy me.

Now don't lie and say it was a "jinx". That's crap. You just wanted to be as unabashedly cool as I am.

I do that every day. It's just I manage to wake up at the last minute every time, somehow.

My alarm isn't so much a "demand" for me to wake up, it's a "suggestion". Which is usually not-so-cheerfully noted and then ignored.

I slept from 5 P.M. yesterday until 7 A.M. today. Benadryll is a good knockout pill.

Today I overslept, because when I had woken up earlier I was too asleep to tell time properly... and thought I had plenty of sleep time left.

Oh well, I still made it to work on time, but I'm tired and I need coffee.

I accidentally befriended a homeless crackhead and gave her my number. Genius.

*edit* I also fell up the stairs and dropped my roast beef and swiss sammich. The #%^*@ dog ninja'd it. That was the last of the bread. Sadness.

...I dunno if this counts...but...

Earlier today I was cutting up an apple in the kitchen, and a salesman came to the door... I went over to answer it, knife still in my hand... and I'm pretty sure I scared the living crap out of him.

...whoops.

Today... I fell walking up the stairs in my house and spilled water on the carpet. (In the glass I had in my hand)

Well, yes. Although yesterday my time averages out slower; and I did walk slower yesterday / stop at more traffic lights.

Today I got a good run with traffic lights and walked faster. 5.4km, 43minutes.. that's a velocity of 7.53kmph. Which is probably quick I guess considering it's over a reasonable distance, and I can keep up a fairly constant speed.

I also walked the 5.4km on purpose this time.

EDIT: For all you mph people, I walked 3.72mph yesterday, and 4.68mph today.

I have at times forgotten what stop I need to get off on, and had to walk back, but it's never been more than a quarter mile. On the subject of general stupidities, though, earlier today I completely forgot to align myself right climbing up on the sidewalk on my bike while coming back from the store, hit the curb, and fell off my bike. About $5 in food fell to the street

I fell asleep on the shinkazen once and when I woke up, I sleepishly just got off at whatever stop that was. Because that's what smart people do.

Needless to say it was a good 3 hours back to Kyoto.

I carried around my Xbox and 4 dance mats around school all day along with my backpack.

Needless to say, my shoulders are killing me.

I could have just... dropped them off in a classroom, but... meh. Had a dumb moment...

I forgot to pick up snacks today so I really don't have much to eat. Groceries aren't until Thursday.

(OK, we have stuff... but nothing that's fattening. ;_

I ran over my garbage cans on the way out of my garage. Enough said.

Hm, I must be thinking in MPH then.

[edit] Are you sure about that average? If what I got from Google Maps is correct, then I walk ~5km/h, and that's much faster than everyone I know.
