Use SpyBot, Ad aware, CWShredder, Hijackthis and Microsoft AntiSpyware |

Ad-Aware is alright, but I prefer to buy a spyware removal program because they actually show results. Most freeware spykillers only show you what's wrong. |

I have both Ad-Aware and Spybot installed, but I almost never use them anymore. Windows Firewall and Maxthon have keep most of the crap out of my computer. |

Another vote for Adaware from me. I used to use Spybot S&D but wasn't too impressed with the way it insisted on rebooting my machine to rescan once it had given me the all clear and then hanging. |

I would say 'It's Microsoft, doi' but I won't.
AdAware SE works just fine for me. I rarely have to use it anymore anyways since FF usually does the trick alongside of a decent firewall. |

I haven't tried it myself, but a few people tell me it's not yet as good as Ad-Aware or Spybot. |

And what about Microsoft's Antispyware?? |

I generally have both installed. Ad-Aware detects some things Spybot doesn't, and vice-versa. |
