I am zer0wned and I'm an on again off again member of acmlm's board who doesn't post much. (not a good start huh...)

I think the best way to describe myself in regards to hoping to gain write access to the rom hacking forum is I'm a newbie with good practices-- I read and follow the faqs, I avoid asking questions as much as possible (e.i. figure it out myself, and extensive, stubborn searches with our good friend google).

My projected posting pattern for the rom hacking section is pretty much that of asking questions when having no idea where to start looking on certain specific issues, or when I'm trying to figure out something super specific, and I feel the information is just beyond my scope of knowledge. That said I don't think I'll exceed a 2 post a week thresh hold (once again, in rom hacking) for quite some time while I'm still in the newbie stage.

For example here, after everything had been clarified and the advice was given, I've taken it all advice into consideration and I'm primarily doing what the last post requested of me-- targeting my learning towards learning snes memory addressing before I return to what I've been attempting.

Thank you for your time and possible consideration.
