It's LevelNames not LevelASM.

About the RATS tags, you need to add them manually because BMF didnt add them to code but he said in the readme to add them..

If there's any JSL data to modify, look into a few brief 65816 ASM tutorials to see how do do that. You probably want want a Rom Allocation Tag System tag around your data, called an RATS tag (in the hex editor, it looks like "STAR with 4 bytes after it"). However, knowing BMF, he probably put it in there already.I haven't found the LevelASM thing yet, so I can't give specific instructions yet.

It must be in a specified spot as you can read in the readme.

Open the bin file in the hex editor, cut everything in there and paste it into your hack.
