I like your current one much better. It's plain and artistic. All that a layout needs.
As I said (in so many words) in IRC, it's an eyesore. Don't get me wrong, the bricks are cool, but it's too bright. |

The box is always as tight as possible. However, Quote strings stretch it very wide. |

Oh... I get it. Your text box only becomes as wide as it needs to be, right? Two posts ago, the box was exactly as wide as the line "And I don't know if this counts, but I made the layout for This guy." Last post, the box stretched all the way across the screen.

I know your layout looks normal on smaller screens, but it just looks like an awful lot of wasted space on widescreen displays. This isn't necessarily bad, but it just looks kind of funny. But at least you fixed the text spilling out of the box (I think). |

You should give yourself the same margins on both the bottom and top to make it more... symmetrical. |
