Anyway, it did take some effort to put all those levels into the thing, block for block. I dunno about creative effort, but at least he spent some time on something. I mean, your hacks are good as copies and stuff, but, I mean, if I wanted to play SMB I'd play SMB. It's interesting as like a weird abstract project, sorta.

also that userbar is blurry anyway sharp pixels are way better

I'll give peter_ac that he's a good ripper and had the idea first. However, peter, have you actually done anything that didn't use SMAS rips, or just seemingly reiterate level designs from SMAS?

Because some people can't handle the truth. The truth is the fact that SMAS rips suck, and peter_ac is some people.

on a sidenote, one HDMA effect will apear in peter_ac hack everytime someone's saying his hack suck( I could be even more evil if I rip the HDMA table from SMAS)

I would react to it by saying that perhaps my hacks have merit and explaining how, although since you know I think SMAS rips (LOLOL!) are pointless I can't really describe how.

Posts: 1366/2068		 Look who you're talking to. peter_ac may be a good ripper, but he takes critisism and negative remarks very poorly IMO. And if Xkeeper thinks his level design is unimaginative that's his opinion, too, and Xk is entitled to think that.

Frankly peter_ac, I dont download your hacks because I don't see anything in them that's attractive for me. You might like them, but all I see are hacks that use SMAS GFX and nothing else... I don't see anything new. No revolutionary new block or idea, nothing at all.

And for the record, I know that KSS is harder to rip than SMAS because I'm ripping from it. I'm still working on getting the palettes right, and then figuring out how to change 6 GFX files into <4.

That's asinine... why would you want to carry on and irritate Xkeeper... you should've just let it go, considering you're not the one with the banhammer.

Userbars aren't that bad, in my opinion. If you use the wrong graphics, it becomes stupid, though. And I agree that a profile would fulfill the same duties just as well, but userbars are so shiny...
