I'm 5'10" and average wt is ~125lbs. I've broken 130lbs before when I returned from my vacation in hawaii. However, I lost it all once school started again

When you look at me, you see that I need more muscle and should be eating more

I'm....about 5'6, maybe. I'm not entirely sure on that, just know I've always been relatively short. For the life of me, I can't seem to break 120 lbs. I think the most I've massed was around 119, and last I checked I was 111 though I'm sure thats fluctuated slightly since. There was a time I attempted to actualy gain weight and somehow succeeded in loosing 6 pounds.

...yeah. Go figure.

Either way, I've never been that big of a guy. I'm somewhat muscular in my arms and lower chest, but I don't exactly work out a whole lot which leads me to believe it must just be genetics favoring me in some way. I'm not exactly looking to be all that muscular either, so I just let what little I have stay as is and let genetics take its course with me.

It's funny; I used to be able to eat pretty much anything without weight gain; recently I've gotten a gut.

5'9, 175.

I lost about 4 CM or so around my belly when I last measures. I wished I knew how much weight I lost, but the weighting scale is so fucked up. At least clothes fits me much better now. xD

About 5' 8", ~160 lbs.
I put high priority on my work, so I don't get to go to the gym much. But when I do, I have an interesting system that focuses highly on strength (as opposed to mass). In other words, medium-low warm-up weight, rest, high weight, medium high, medium, etc, keeping the reps somewhere around 8-10, keeping rest to an absolute minimum. I do this like twice (dropping the warmup on the second+ sets) and I'm sore for a few days.

What I like about it is it does make you very disproportionately strong, and resistant to injury. It's definitely not for getting bigger though.

A little Tae Kwon Do for core strength and overall flexibility, swimming rarely because it's the summer. I also just started riding my bike to/from work again, which comes out to about 11 miles (usually only to work though, it's too dark when I get off, so make that 5.5ish =P). Very hilly area, too.

Really though, you guys doing 300+ pushups, 300+ situps aren't doing much for yourself, because you're getting your body too used to one thing, it's important to give your body variety if you want to improve.

I had no clue you were such a big guy, Ailure! I'd always pictured you as a skinny kid.

Funny, recently I started to bicycle alot on a training bicycle. I do at least 20 KM a day in around a hour or so, I plan to increase the speed when my muscles catch up. xD Funny how my muscles gives up faster than my lungs when bicycling.

I can't give a accurate weight though, as the weighing scale seems to be broken. According to it, I lost 10-15 KG in a week... which can't be accurate. xD Other family members have noticed it's inaccuracy, so I guess we have to get a new one *shrug*. I eat a little less than before, but i'm hardly starving.

I would be 125 KG currently according to it, but I kinda suspect it's a bit little more. But I already had noticeable effects, I feel much healthier and my heartburns are much rare. Last time I had a heartburn was from me not eating enough. xD For a month ago or so, I had them constantly. :/

I think I'm moderately unfit at the moment. At least, I certainly feel that way, but then I've just had the flu and that can make you feel crappy for weeks...

About the most exercise I do is walking. I walk / catch public transport pretty much everywhere, which means I walk a fair bit. I also try to take the stairs at lunchtime at work (although have not done recently due to flu). And I play a dancing game (not DDR unfortunately... can't seem to get that anywhere....) too from time to time.

In the past 15 months, I've lost 24kg (52.91 lbs). Mostly through changing my diet from one less saturated in chocolate to a more balanced diet, and more exercise. I currently weigh 64kg (141 lbs). This is not however my goal weight -- I want to get down to around 57kg (125 lbs), but I'll see when I get closer....

I'm moderately short, at 163cm high (5' 4"), and I think according to BMI, 57kg is about right smack dab in the middle of the healthy weight range, which is why I'm aiming for that...

I know BMI doesn't mean a whole lot -- but it's not too bad as a rough guide, and at the very least it gives me a loose goal. The number though I suspect won't mean much as I get closer to it -- the real goal is actually to eliminate my acid reflux symptoms and hopefully also the pain from my nonexistent ovary. Both problems have been pointed out to me as possibly caused by my weight. However, as a "goal" goes -- something to work towards -- this is kinda hazy, so I've gone with a number for now and I'll see how things go.

The skinniest that BMI thing reckons I can go is 49kg (108 lbs) I don't think I've weighed that little outside of high school!! It's ridiculous!

I can do 80 standard push ups, straight back, directly under the shoulders in one go.

6' 0" and a solid 180lbs... closer to 6' 1" though

Im still thin as a straw though so I dont know.

For exercise... I ride my bike, head to the pool, find an arcade and hit the DDR machine, go laser tagging... Just, everything that is fun and I can bear to do for a while that is physically engaging, I will

Im perfectly happy with my body though. I can run a mile under 8 min (7:30 last time I checked) stretch a fair bit, hang on the bar for a while (1 Minute), do a fair amount of push ups, good number of curlups in a minute. (57 last time I checked)

It isnt the body of a star athelete, and sure, by all standards, I could afford to be like, what, 5 pounds lighter, but Im fine with what I have.

When I came back from college I weighed 170, and I stand a little under 6 feet tall. 5' 11.5", if you will.

Then I got curious earlier this summer and looked up my BMI. It was 23.7. 25 is where overweight starts, 18.5 is where underweight starts. It should be fairly accurate for me, as I don't have much muscle on my frame.

I've started eating less and healthier, and because of it I'm down to 162 pounds as of now. That's a 22.6 BMI. I'm shooting for being inbetween of 155-160, a BMI of about 21.9. It's not that I just starved myself... It's about making a healthy change. I used to snack when I was bored, and eat stupid shit like Doritos or whatever. Now I mostly eat deli meats, sandwiches, cereal... Things like that. And I only eat when I'm hungry. It's making a big difference.

I don't know how I'm going to stay on the diet when I go back to college, as the food there... Well, it sucks and it's bad for you to boot. As of now I plan to eat as many turkey sandwiches as I can and just hope my weight stays even. Need to make up calories for the beer, too

As for exercise... I like to play sports, so that's usually where I got that from. Considering I got the fucking shit knocked out of me last time I did that, I'm gonna start thinking about a more conventional exercise routine.

I don't work out much these days. Haven't gone to the gym in about half a year. I'm a bit out of shape and it sucks. I need to get back into good habits.

I'm 5'9.5" and about 160 pounds. I'm certainly not flabby, but I don't have a lot of definition anymore and three miles would kill me.

When I'm in decent shape I usually run 2 miles every couple of days and do 150 push-ups and anywhere between 600-1000 crunches a night, depending on how sore I am. For my upper body I do the total gym and then curls with barbells untill my arms hurt.

In high school I ran track and cross country. The 2 mile is my favorite run.

Christmas ruined me though. Too much food and laziness. For the past several years I've depended on horribly unhealthy eating habits to keep the weight off. Not that I really have weight to lose. I'm seriously considering getting some counselling for my bulimia, but I hate shrinks and think that 75% of psychology/pshychiarty is bullshit...

I have no idea how much I weigh, all I know is it's a tiny bit more than I'd like to, but doesn't seem to be going up or down. I should work out, but I need to find time first.

I'm currently at 210 or thereabouts. I usually do high weight, low rep exercises and try to do as much cardio as I can before I drop. During the school year I do rowing and rugby and that keeps me pretty good. Unfortunately there are no gyms near my home that I can attend economically during the summer months (100 bucks a month? Fuck that shit). So I usually just do some pushups and situps every day. I work about 8 km from my house and jog home from work which is completely up hill (...I bus in the morning...). I also found about 60 lbs of plate weight and a decent bar to put the plates on. I use it to work my triceps, shoulders, biceps, and so on.

Based on pure measurements I have a 45 inch chest and other similar measurements. I mean, I'm not a small guy. I'm around 5 10 5 11 6 foot or so.

So, right now I'm out of shape as hell.I normally have a 12% or lower body fat percentage. It is probably far higher right now.

Last time I stood on a scale I was 161.5. At my heaviest, a few years ago, I was about 180. I'm pretty sure I weigh less now, 'cos, well, I don't eat much anymore (I'm on the poverty diet!), but then again, back when I was eating right and excerising, I still never dropped below 161.5...Man, was that ever infuriating! You'd think I'd at least vary by half a pound, but nooooo, there was always that .5! Little snot nosed decimal, always pointing and laughing, I'd like to teach him a thing or two about fractions!

I "exercise" with DDR three times a day.

I'm getting better, and I don't look fat anymore.

...Not going to use numbers for you guys.

I hate you all.

5'10", 239 lbs. now. Thanks to diet and (not so much now, due to a raging case of poison ivy) exercise, I've dropped 14 lbs. but I'm trying to get down around 180. I've just got to get back on the workout regimen, but I've been losing lately, so that's good.

Ah yes. My metabolism is at the speed of light in this body.

I'm 5'6", weigh around 115-120 lbs and that seems to be the limit.

I have muscles, and I have a low percent of body fat, what I do need is more mass to this body to turn it into more muscle.

I was obviously more active in High School. Not so much now. I have taken a long hiatus from working out to which I may return soon enough.

Once I start weight lifting again I'll probably gain a few more pounds due to how much food consumption I would need to have to keep me going.

Eh, I'm stuck at around 120-130. My weight has never left that range, and I'm 5'9", a guy, and 17. *Shrugs*

Sometimes I'll be in a period of a month or two of heavy workouts, doing a sport like Tennis or Track. Then the rest of the time, I'm pretty lazy. I notice no difference, to be honest. It just doesn't hurt as much to jog half a mile, heh.
