Try using BitTorrent instead; it'd be faster anyway, and you don't have to worry about download corruptions either. |

You see, I'm trying to get the latest image for Knoppix. On DVD as I have a burner. But... No matter what server it comes from, it'll produce an error when the file size reaches -Size: 4.00GB (4,294,969,776 bytes), Size on disk: 4.00GB (4,294,971,392 bytes).- I've tried downloading to either of my hard drives. I run XP Pro SP2 and each drive is formatted NTFS. I'd used Firefox 1.5.04 for the downloads. Name: KNOPPIX_V5.0.1DVD-2006-06-01-EN.iso, from several official mirrors. Any help? I'll report back after trying to obtain a similarly sized file and see if it causes the same problem. |
