I dont have a website. Oh well. So my best option is to post it at a few forums?
I think I will post it here and at gamefaqs.com Anyway, I am going to make my hack an IPS file now.... I will be back soon with a Zelda 2 Hack. (if i dont run into any problems on the way)  |

Should I post the patch file in multiple forums? You know, to get more people to play it.
How will I know if people a getting it. I dont want it to be in a forum and slowly dissappear. I guess if its good, and people like it, then it wont. Isnt there a website that hosts ROM hacks? Could i submit it there? |

Try using Lunar IPS. To release your hack, upload the IPS to a website, such as Freewebs. Then post a topic on it, with screenshots included (use Imageshack for uploading the screenshots). That's all there is to it. |

I have finished with my very first hack..... for Zelda 2. I know I can figure out how to make it into an IPS file, but I was wondering if someone could recommend a good IPS making program. I found a bunch, but dont know whats good.
Also, any advice for me before I release my hack? Speaking of that, how do I release my hack? |
