Use an IPS or similar patch instead.
Of course someone could name a virus "super mario 3.exe", but that's another issue, and common sense solves it nicely.  |

I would like to thank you for those that have helped me, but i have figured out how to edit the titlescreen with the program tile layer pro, when i'm done editing with it, i shall show the final titlescreen edit pic.

Yes yes, YY-CHR will work great, it's one of the only ones that put the tiles together from the puzzle peices automatically, well not fully, but you can change the arrangment setting that starts with normal, it's under the bpp thing.
It arranges the the tiles from 16/32, nes x 8, nes x 16, or other, if your lucky it will peace it together quite good on a certain one(test wich arrangement setting is best, nes x 8 or 16 don't mean you can't use the other settings on nes games though). It won't be realy a full pic, but it can arrange it were the tiles are more next to the appropreate one making close to the image it's sopposed to be. Tile layer pro is another you can work with too, it allows for putting the image together on the side of the screen yourself guessing from the tiles, then you edit it on that image you made. Might be better for titles. try to use YY more though, you can use palletes from saves states from a brouder catagory i think, plus it uses non-specific normal .pal files, while TLP use TLP pallette utility specific pal files. |

A few suggestions:
1. Try using Google first. You might be surprised at what you can find. 2. Super Simple Bros. 3 sounds the best, although it would probably be better to get rid of the 3, since it isn't your third Simple Bros. hack. 3. If you have a hard time trying to get the tiles of Simple to match the style of "Super" and "Bros.", try making it the word "Simple" litteral: A simple style. (Comma overload! Try using combining and separating sentences so they flow a lot better.) |

If in fact the title screen can be edited, maybe, there is a way to edit it, since probably no one wants to just give me a tile that says, "simple mario bros 3, and or super simple mario bros 3." Why don't I just give the normal forum response, how do i do this? Or is there an easy way to do this, or maybe i should give up on editing the titlescreen all together. |

Ok, that's weird that you can't post a rom, but i guess it makes sense, somewhat, because people hacked super mario bros 3, and made them come with viruses, so, according to my question earlier, can someone make me a tile that says, super simple bros 3, or super simple mario bros 3? |

Can Anyone help me edit the title screen of Super Mario Bros 3 to say Super Simple Bros 3, or Super Simple Mario Bros 3, because i've already made all the levels of my game,
and i thought it would be uber sweet if i could get someone to help me edit the title screen, if you let me know how to send someone my rom as an attachment or something, would someone be up to the challenge of editing my title screen for me, if not it's okay. Also I was thinking in the title screen, it would be cool if Mario was Tanooki mario instead of raccoon mario, because tanooki mario is my favorite, but if that is too much to ask in changing my title screen, that is totally fine, someone let me know, what you all think about all of this. And it's not like i haven't tried editing my title screen, i'm just really bad at those, and every time i edit it with my pprogram, it says, "Not responding", so, i just figured someone who knows how to do that sort of thing, could help me out, if they wanted to, by no means, do any of you have to do this. 
If you want any more pics, let me know, and i'll reply them to you, i can give you an in-game pic, of each and everyone of one of my levels that i created, if you want more in-game pics, reply back to me. |
