For the first round. First - Setz Second -A tie between cpubasic13 and The Red Snifit Welcome to the next round! It is another pallet challenge with a pallet that does not suck =p. 
Ignore the top right thingy. That means that there is no color
The theme for this event is nature. Ready? Steady? Go! Edit: setz is right I should stick to my deadlines and have patience.. This event will end tuesday. With no changes. Edit2: Bye Layout. |

The next contest will have a theme. Also I will shorten the contest to saturday since the first one did not turn out so well .-. |

Well, I made one, but i thought it had to be that pallet AND be 20X20 
It kinda sucks... But here it is: 
It seems to be a brain in a container (Like from that one show...) and it has a charging laser and rockets making it fly. (It was hard without orange to do the fire.  )

I could try something with it... although I think setz will win with his awesome spriting. I usually tend to make my sprites cartoon-like though, so I'll probably be thrashed by setz.
And MSPaint colors don't bother me... much. Only some colors...
Anyway, I'll try... |

This would be interesting if
a) you gave a general "theme" b) the pallete wasn't MSPaint default colors, and was rather something hand-picked and in general, easier to work with [alot of people won't want to use those ugly colors]. I'll see what I can do with it, though. |

This is a contest to test you skills at spriting
I will give you a challenge and you will have to face it using the skills you have. The challenges can consist of many things: A style challenge where you have to sprite in a certain style. Like Final Fantasy 1 Style Or Gameboy Zelda Style. Pallet challenges force you to use a set pallet for your creation. You will have to try your best to use this pallet to create. Size challenges force you to use a rigged size. Thats about it. Like 20 by 20 as an example.
------------ Rules: No pointless posts. No Breaking the rules of the challenge. No stealing other sprites. No n00bish things along the lines of stealing sprites etc. Almost all entrys are welcome good and not-too-bad. Try your best. Only use mspaint or a basic art program. (How basic? no layers no special functions has to be like mspaint or worse  )
------------- Your first challenge will be a pallet challenge here is the pallet. 
Good luck. The challenge is a 5 day challenge(Ends tuesday) so get working. |
