Should genious do this also (not doing it now) should i redld and get win rar? |

What type/file extension are the split files of?
I just take a wild guess and say it's r00/r01/r02/and_sn. Am I right? |

That's what I ment by brocken up files, split files are a better name, thanks.
Ok how do you use them. |

Becuae a rom request is usualy of asking for a specific rom, this is only asking for a site to get roms not split into many files. They ask for the specific rom's locations at times on "rom hakcing" like when they need the correct smb prg rom, the ask and another will give a site name, so I thought this would be less a rom request then that. That's all.
i'll try the cd thing, also I know of a good psx rom site though it's still brocken up into small files, is there anything I need to do to make them one file? If it's too much a rom request then i'll just ask how working with brocken up files for one game works. |

Assuming you actually have the game, just put the game CD-ROM in your drive and rip away. |

Well it's not quite a rom request. Just need a site where it's not broken into so many files.
Actualy thats only on rice too, with the south park thing, I have a good video card by nvidia. It's rice, i played it with the other plugins. I guess it's problem solved. |

This is a core problem as I've heard, and only switching the emulator helps. Originally posted by BOBTHEVILA Rice's video may not be the best video plugin for these games. Try switching video plugins and see if that helps. If you want, you can also tell me the games you have problems with, and I can look them up and see what's wrong with these. Originally posted by BOBTHEVILA I don't know any problems with South Park 64 in Rice's. Since you have so many problems with video though, please tell me what video card you have, as I'm suspecting a video card problem. |

is there any site that carries psx roms that aren't split into more then one file?
Also there is a problem, when i play kirby 64 his energy and power ups aren't updated till the next screen. Also rice plugin is messing up with certain game's skybox BG's, and also south park on 64 has a bad looking fog and clos up poly dissapearing problem with rice. What settings would correct this in rice. I use PJ64 |
